'Mehrab Gulab'

A beautiful blush pink sari that is embossed with rose Butta is an ideal choice for any daytime festivities. The roses are enclosed with the mehrab, making the anchal entirely artistic. The floral motifs along with the remarkable geometric border bring out the sophisticated feminine aspect of this drape. The detailed Minakari work and the well-defined Ektara weave are the charm of this sari!

This sari comes with two stunning blouse pieces - one, a running piece, the other as designed according to the sari.

Craft: Ektara for lightweight Fabric, Minakari, and Kadhua or Kadwa, which means kadha hua or embroidered. This is a laborious method of weaving motifs independently onto the fabric and thus, there are no loose threads on the back. Using this technique, a variety of motifs of different sizes, colours and textures can be woven onto the garment. And while it may take four to five weeks to get the piece ready on the handloom, the final product is exquisite.
