The market is flooded with a variety of beautiful traditional sarees. But how many of them are still adhering to the pure form of handcrafted art involving the procurement of best yarns, zari quality, dyeing process, and best of weavers!

Right now if you look closely, except for few genuine brands, so much sub-standard and power loom work is in vogue that most people do not have the knowledge or understanding of the real, authentic work. Right now we are working with weaving clusters in Bengal, Benaras, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana and directly or indirectly employing more than 500 weavers and craftsmen.

Kasturi Kundal was born with a belief to impart a small but significant contribution to preserve and carry forward the rich legacy of handwoven and handcrafted saris. We strive and endeavour to bring out pure and authentic fabrics with unmatched quality. We are involved at every stage of making beautiful Handwoven saris. It is a long and tedious but interesting journey.

Kasturi Kundal is a brand with a team of 7-8 members and designers dedicated to the designing, innovation, and execution of a new product. 

Different regions in the country specialise in a variety of art. We as a brand take up 2-3 projects every six months to plan around a certain cluster. The project for our summer launch has been in printed Linen-Khadi, printed Tussar, Khadi Jamdani, and Tussar Jamdani. The color palette ranges from bright and bold jewel tones to calm and pleasing shades of blue, green, pink, and peach.

We believe in a slow and timeless fashion. Using the age-old traditions of hand weaving and handcrafting, more than 500 weavers and artisans and their families are involved in the process thereby sustaining the livelihood of artisans and their art. Also, It is heartening to see the inclination of the young generation towards this fascinating six yards of elegance.
