All our Saris are Limited Edition many of which may still be on loom as it takes anywhere between 25 days to 3 months for one sari to get ready. So, the saris which are still on the loom will be dispatched once it gets off the loom. 

If the Sari is ready with us, we will dispatch it immediately.

Currently we offer express delivery service that takes 3 days in metro cities and 4-7 days in other cities but please be aware of unavoidable delays due to the Covid-19 situation that may affect the delivery of your order.

• For all orders within India, Kasturi Kundal offers free shipping. For International deliveries, Kasturi Kundal offers free shipping on orders above Rs.30,000/- and on orders below Rs.30,000/- we charge $35 shipping charges.
• For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on Kasturikundal.com.
• For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. With the estimated delivery date provided for your order at the time of placing the order, you will also be sent an order confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Note: the shipping charge does not include import duty(s). Please read our tax related T&Cs. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
• Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a saree may not be woven. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
• We use reliable courier services for deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and Delhivery.
• We shall send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so that you can track your order and be available for receiving it.
• Ready to ship orders take up to 24-hours to process. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you’ve purchased multiple products in an order, your order can have multiple shipment dates which will be confirmed to you in Order Confirmation mails. 
• At times, orders can get delayed for reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
